Summary of facts

On October 7, L.B. was at the Nova festival and managed to escape direct gunfire. She took refuge for 5 hours in a small caravan, which was later burned. L.B. survived.

Amnesty International France recalls that everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law.

<p>October 16, 2023: L.B. filed a complaint with the Crimes Against Humanity Unit of the PNAT (National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office) for “crimes against humanity” against Hamas and its military wing, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades. A preliminary investigation was opened on terrorism charges.</p>
