<p>October 18, 2023: D.B.’s father, Mr. J.P.B., filed a complaint with the Crimes Against Humanity Unit of the PNAT (National Anti-Terrorism Prosecutor’s Office) for “crimes against humanity” against Hamas and its military wing, the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades. A preliminary investigation was opened on terrorism charges.</p>
