Legal proceedings

April 9, 2018: the Legal Center for Rights and Development filed a complaint with civil party application on the charge of “complicity in torture” against Mohammed B. S., who was then present in France. The case was dropped because of the immunity from jurisdiction that Mohammed B.S. would allegedly enjoy.
