Summary of facts

On July 17, 2014, during a truce in the midst of the Gaza war, a missile fired by a drone struck the roof of a civilian home, killing three children, Wissam Shuheibar, Issam Shusheibar and Afnan Shuheibar. Two other family members were injured. A position sensor, used in the manufacture of the missile, was found on the roof. It bore the inscription “Eurafarad Paris France.” Other similar parts were found in the region.
