Summary of facts
On October 7, 2023, Hamas attacked the Nova music festival. M.P. went to fetch his daughter, who was there. He was shot dead on arriving at the scene, while she managed to escape.
Amnesty International France recalls that everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law.
