Summary of facts

Three French nationals were reportedly taken to Syria as children by their jihadist parents. They consider that they were forcibly enlisted in the Islamic State organization.
They are among the 5,700 detainees transferred from Syria to Iraq, where they are imprisoned. They are the subject of wanted warrants (mandats de recherche) in counterterrorism investigations before French courts, in particular for acts they allegedly committed when they were minors.
Amnesty International France recalls that everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law.
