Summary of facts

A report by Palestinian journalist Younis Tirawi reportedly reveals the existence of a sniper unit – the 9th platoon of the auxiliary company of the 202nd Paratroopers Battalion – within the Israeli army, referred to in the documentary as the “Ghost Unit”.

Soldiers of this unit allegedly killed several dozen Palestinian civilians, unarmed and not in uniform, in “deconflicted” zones between November 2023 and March 2024 in Gaza. The French-Israeli soldiers Sasha A. and Gabriel B. are reportedly among the members of this unit, which is composed mainly of dual nationals.

Amnesty International France recalls that everyone is presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law.
